I think there should be something like a Team. Like 3 Ninjas to a team like the show so it makes it more realistic. And maybe later you can add like a chakra system percentage like your seal accuracy system

IP bans can ruin a game if you give a bad GM them. Have a system were a player reports some1 and it goes to GM. Then a GM brings it to maker with at least 2 votes onto it*maybe just 1*

If its possible to code you can make it where Inuzuka can get the scent of players to find them if they were to use henge like Kiba does.

I think it should be like the show and manga. Make it a whole Genin Graduating class. GM hosted exams. and when acad students grad they get a jounin to follow and learn. they learn all they need to from this Jounin. People who know the game should be allowed the title of Jounin, Maybe some GM's can help out....
