A little addon to that. They should make it the Sound 4 so they can make it so that if you have the curse seal then you go to them and do a quest to get curse seal 2 to activate and improve your stats more.
why cant it be that and sound 5 or better yet sound 3

In the show there was a soiund 5. Then kimimaro was basicly dead. (he did eventualy die) So the quest was to find another leader for the sound 5 so thast was sasuke. So for the sound 5 mission you can become a leader of sound 5 (a lot so no name thingy) and get a special jutsu thats pretty strong
it kinda wouldnt be fair becuz only 1 person can get it and the people who dont have to go to school and can play it all day hava high chance of getting it first than the ones who have to go to school....see wat i mean

I mean as it for a quest and every1 can be considered leader of the sound 5 but it is a very hard quest to do like no genin or chuunin can do it and only a very strong jounin and itl be how u get cs in the middle of quest and cs2 at the end

gotta think of a quest involving kyuubi first like a battle were you seal the kyuubi inside of urself then jiraiya can unlock it to give a permenant boost
