Experience: I have been an Admin on quite a few games, one Naruto game. But it didnt last very long. I was an Admin on DragonBall Grand Journy made by Kyuukei, it was a popular roleplaying game which lasted a very long time, and not to brag but people say I was one of the most helpful, fun and fair Admin on the game. I can also Icon, help some of the sprites. See the walking sprite needs a bit of tweaking but I am sure I could help you with that. I could also make some clothes and what not.
Reason: I just found this game, it looks awesome. Its 100% Orginal which I love, and seems like a fun project to be a part of. These WOTS games just annoye me and I have been seeking for that good Naruto game out there. This one sure catches my eye, and would like to see how it turns out in its later production.

Thats understandable. I just passed the academy, talked with Sionn. Walked around, found the snow outside the villiage. So far what I hear its gunna be great. I also must compliment on the Kawa and footprints in snow. Kawa better coding then all the other games, the footprints look cool aswell.
